Merry Christmas Eve y'all! I can't believe it's already the night before Christmas. Of course, in true Christmas fashion, we had to make Christmas cookies! Since we had family visiting it was the perfect time. I decided to try a new sugar cookie recipe from another very talented blogger. Let me just say this...they were DELICIOUS!
So soft and yummy, and we made our own icing, which at first was a bit runny but it hardened up just fine. First came making the dough and then we had to chill the dough for about two hours. The longer the better. We rolled it out on a floured surface and began cutting away. We of course only had one Christmas cookie cutter. My husband decided he wanted leaves and batman...but I said no haha. So leaf it was. They're probably the best sugar cookies I've ever made! MMMMM Hope y'all have a very Merry Christmas!
