Has it already been seven whole months since these sweet little angels were born? Time sure is flying! It's officially the boys first Fall. And I'm BEYOND excited. My favorite time of year is coming and I can't wait to share it with my family. The boys haven't been weighed for about two weeks, but the last time they had measurements this is where they were at.
Liam:
14 lbs 7 oz (Birth: 5 lbs 11 oz)
25 in (Birth: 19.5 in)
Bentley:
15 lbs (Birth: 5 lbs 8 oz)
25 in (Birth: 19 in)
They've come a long way since they were born seven months ago. My little chubby bunnies! Who would have thought that they were in the four pounds range at one point? They learn something new every minute and they're getting so fast it's hard for this mama to keep up.
eat
Well we've been formula feeding for about two months at this point, and they're doing so well. They're getting a little better at night too thankfully. I only nurse them once at night (usually), once in the morning and once during the day. The rest of the time they're getting formula and solid foods. We try to give the boys solids at least once a day if not more. I was making it myself at home, until I found these amazing organic brands! My two favorites are Happy Baby and Plum!
sleep
They sleep so much better and this mama is loving it! The other night they went down at 8:00 pm and didn't wake up until 5:30 am. I couldn't believe it...I thought something was wrong because they were so quiet...nope just sleeping away. We recently transitioned them into the nursery to sleep and they're surprisingly doing so well. It was the first time since they were born that they didn't sleep in the same room as us. I forgot what it was like to have my very own room ha! Although I have to be honest, I was a little sad to have them so far away (pathetic I know).
Oh and I almost forgot to mention! These boys started crawling...like FULL on crawling and pulling themselves up on things in just the last week. I'm SO proud of them! Although, now I need a gate to keep them contained and I have to be on my toes all the time. I can't wait to see what this next month brings us!
