How Far Along?: 35 Weeks! I can't believe there's only 5 weeks left until my due date! Usually the last two months of pregnancy drag on, but this time I feel like it's flying by so fast!
Weight Gain: Roughly 28 lbs so far. At this point I seem to be gaining about 0.5-1 pound a week.
Gender?: It's a GIRL! I'm so excited to meet her and see what she looks like!
How Big is Baby?: Baby girl is the size of a pineapple. She's weighing about 5.3 pounds and 18.2 inches. She won't get much longer at this point. She's pretty much just plumping up until her birthday. Not only is she growing, but at this point my uterus has grown to about 1,000 times its normal size...and man does it feel like it.
Symptoms: Since I've been working on our RV renovation my back has been hurting a bit. I'm also SUPER tight and need to stretch more. (Those tiny little spaces are not meant for pregnant ladies to work in haha.) Other than that it's just the typical 35 week symptoms: having to pee all the time, hungry all the time and tired all the time. I had a check up for baby girl this week and she's FINALLY head down. Now she needs to stay there!
Any Food Cravings?: Sonic slushes and Starbucks runs. Not sure if it's the exhaustion from working on the trailer OR exhaustion from growing a human (probably both), but that coffee has brought me life lately.
Sleep: I'm tired all the time, yet I have a hard time staying asleep. Minus having to pee throughout the night, I'm just not very comfortable. I will say though, I am WAY more comfortable this time than I've ever been at this point in pregnancy.
Stretch Marks?: Nothing new, they are just darker than before.
Maternity Clothes?: Lately I'm pretty much just wearing sweats and oversized tees. I have some maternity tees that don't even fit me anymore. I have officially hit that part of my pregnancy...
Wedding Ring On or Off?: On! Except lately I've had it off while working on the RV.
What Do You Miss the Most?: I really just miss being comfortable. I have a hard time bending over, and I get out of breath VERY easily.
What Are You Most Excited For This Next Week?: I can't wait for Wes to be home! We should be bringing the trailer on base this week. I can't wait to work on it with him!
Labor Signs?: Nothing besides Braxton Hicks. I've never hoped to make it close to a due date before, but mama has SOOOOO much to do before baby girl gets here. So, if she could just stay put until that's all done that would be great.
