Bumpdate | 19 Weeks

How Far Along?:  19 Weeks! Last week in the teens!

Weight Gain: Only 11 pounds, which is right on track. I've been working out more consistently, but I also listen to my body when I know I need rest, which seems to be a lot lately!

Gender?: It's a GIRL! Still in shock...

How Big is Baby?: Baby girl is as big as a mango! She's measuring in at 6 inches long and 8.5 ounces this week. I can't believe we've officially hit half a pound of baby in there! She's working on her five senses this week and her body is covered in a protective coating called vernix caseosa, which keeps her warm!

Symptoms: This week I've been SO tired. I've also noticed some major mood swings, which is never fun, but I have a feeling that has something to do with the being exhausted part. I've been more lightheaded than usual and I've also noticed more headaches lately, but thanks to Liquid IV I can nip them in the bud before they get too bad. Any Food Cravings?: Lately it's been steak, which is totally not the norm for me. For some reason, I can't stop thinking about steak. I actually made Wes a grass fed ribeye steak dinner this week and it was glorious. I'm thinking about putting a recipe up on the blog for it, because it was the best steak he said he's ever had...not to toot my own horn, but it was pretty darn delicious!

Sleep: I've been sleeping much better lately, but I've been so sleepy and my energy is crashing. I definitely need to go to sleep earlier and eat healthier. I've been totally slacking on my nutrition this week. Not to mention, my hips are hurting at night so I HAVE to sleep with a pillow in between my legs or I'm just so uncomfortable.

Stretch Marks?: Nothing new.

Maternity Clothes?: Yup, more and more each week. I just had to go through my closet and take out all the pre-pregnancy clothes that don't fit me anymore...which was a lot.

Wedding Ring On or Off?: On!

What Do You Miss the Most?: Sleeping on my back. I have been struggling to get comfy and it's so hard to sleep without laying on my back.

What Are You Most Excited For This Next Week?: I can't wait to celebrate Father's Day! I think we are dropping the kids off with grandparents so he and I can sneak away for a bit!

Labor Signs?: NOPE!
